This model features Hybrid Technology which means that the battery compartment is compatible with both the included AAA-batteries and the rechargeable Silva Hybrid Battery (1.15 Ah) which can be bought separately.
The CR230 is water resistant according to IPX 5 standard and it has a big on and off button that can easily be handled, even with gloves.
