The fixed 110 cm length is ideal for users around 157 cm tall. To find your recommended length, multiply your height in centimetres by 0.7 and round up to the nearest available pole length. The Z-fold design makes packing fast and easy, while the Blueberry system enables quick release and seamless transitions – no need to remove your gloves.</p>

Gloves in breathable material (size XS/S) are included, and wrist straps are sold separately. The Blueberry system lets you attach or release the pole quickly without removing the gloves. Thanks to the compact Z-fold construction, the poles pack down easily in a running vest or backpack.</p>
