The lightweight T300 carbon construction ensures strength and low swing weight, while the extended cork handles let you adjust grip depending on incline. The length can be adjusted between 115 and 135 cm to suit your height and trail – use the formula (your height × 0.68) to estimate your ideal pole length. When not in use, the Z-fold design packs down small – ideal for travel or stowing in or on a backpack during multi-day treks.</p>
