Silva’s running poles are designed for technical terrain and long distances, where efficiency, balance and fast transitions matter. The range includes adjustable and fixed-length carbon running poles — built to be lightweight, compact and easy to carry when not in use.
Quick release, seamless transitions
BLUEBERRY SYSTEM
The Blueberry System is Silva’s quick-release connection between the pole handle and glove or wrist strap. It provides a secure attachment while allowing instant release with a simple click — without removing your hand from the glove.
Switch between gloves and wrist straps depending on activity or personal preference, and release the pole quickly when you need to stow it quickly. Designed to support smooth transitions when terrain, pace or technique changes.
